Ron Lux is a Nashville attorney and co-founder of Herbert & Lux. Before becoming a lawyer, he pursued a career in law enforcement, an experience that gives him a different perspective on criminal investigations and the procedures officers use when gathering evidence.

Ron later built a solo law practice representing hundreds of clients throughout Middle Tennessee. His work has included criminal cases ranging from traffic offenses to first-degree murder, along with personal injury, real estate, and civil disputes.

Ron moved from Buffalo, New York, to Nashville in 2006 and began working in law enforcement. Four years later, he decided to pursue a legal career, motivated by the need he saw for attorneys who would give clients personal attention during difficult circumstances.
