Eddie Herbert is a Nashville criminal defense and DUI attorney and co-founder of Herbert & Lux. Before establishing the firm, he worked at the Davidson County Public Defender's Office, where he represented people facing criminal charges in General Sessions and Criminal Court. His experience includes cases ranging from misdemeanor citations to murder charges.

That work shaped Eddie's approach to criminal defense. He believes every person deserves a serious defense, regardless of the accusation or how difficult the case may appear. During his time at the Davidson County Public Defender's Office, Eddie worked directly with people whose freedom, employment, and futures were at stake. He gained experience navigating criminal proceedings, examining prosecution evidence, and representing clients facing a wide range of charges.

Eddie also practiced with a Nashville law firm serving counties throughout Middle Tennessee before co-founding Herbert & Lux. His background gives him firsthand experience with the legal process from initial court appearances through more serious criminal proceedings.
